Homemade Boba Drink!

Materials:
1. Water
2. Brown Sugar
3. Cassava Powder/Cassava Starch/Tapioca Powder
4. Thingy to cook with (ex. pot, pan, etc.))
Steps to making tapioca pearls
1. Pour half cup of water into pan
2. Pour 1/3 cup of brown sugar into pan
3. Mix until the sugar is melted
4. Pour 1/2 cup of the flour into the pan
5. Mix and cook on lowest heat until thick and doughy
6. 1/2 cup of flour on a clean surface (ex. chopping board, cleaned table, etc.)
7. Put your mixture on the clearn surface and knead with the flour until it becomes tough
(Sprinkle more flour if still sticky)
8. Roll into 5-10 thin cylindars and lay them side by side
9. Cut small pieces of each cylindar
(this will help you with turning them into tapioca pearls)
10. Roll them into balls and put in your pot!
(Sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking)
Making your drink!
1. Add 1 liter of water
2. Boil for ~25 minutes
3. Stir occasionally
4. Turn off heat and keep cover for ~30 minutes
(Optional... Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Then, boil for 3 minutes and add pearls and cook until thick.)
5. Add desired liquid into cup!
6. Add boba pearls into drink!
